The level of professionalism, commitment and unwavering support is second too none. NND have changed our lives and for the better, something I never thought a service provider could do. You’d be hard pressed to find any other organisation that actually cares about their clients and their families. If you’re not using these guys, you’re absolutely missing out on support that is built on the foundation of knowledge, respect, compassion and understanding.

Nurse Next Door has some fantastic carers. I have been so impressed by the support they provide to my mother - the genuine care for her wellbeing along with the effort to do what they can to help. I am very impressed!

Our family has used NND Newcastle for the last 3 years - whilst Mum was at home for in-home care and then into her transition to nursing home care. The care has been fantastic, it has enabled Mum in so many ways to continue to enjoy life whilst her abilities decline. Staff are warm, professional, adept at managing new situations and communicate back any concerns promptly. They have been our salvation knowing Mum has extra attention in facility care. Highly recommend.

I have found the service provided by Nurse Next Door to be exceptional. Kudos to Julie who has managed to adapt her workers' schedules for me sometimes with very little notice.

Nurses are very professional, and cheerful, they make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They are making my life better by bringing genuine joy in to our house. When they leave for the day I feel confident and happy that they have done everything possible for me during the visit. I am very happy with the service that I am receiving from Nurse Next Door.

Kristal and team are amazing! Their care, compassion & professionalism are second to none. We engaged their services following medical advice of additional care required for my Mum late last year and they could not have provided better support, care and guidance.
