I have found the service provided by Nurse Next Door to be exceptional. Kudos to Julie who has managed to adapt her workers' schedules for me sometimes with very little notice.

I do not have photos or videos to post, but I can say without fear of contradiction that Nurse Next Door , Joondalup, is an excellent care agency. I moved to WA from Queensland in around July this year and have found the agency to go above and beyond in helping me with the confusion of moving to WA which has many procedures different to Queensland. Without the help of staff I would have been completely lost in the maze of differences I have encountered, but staff knowing the difficulty of settling into a new state have been wonderful. I would also like to say, that as an elderly person with a terminal illness, their care has been outstanding. I could not have wished for better. There were some small issues in the early stages getting to know a new care agency and settling into a new state, but these were sorted with care and patience, for which I am very grateful. We have been clients with Nurse Next Door since March. We have nothing but great things to say about the entire team, from client intake, to the management and rostering and, of course, the caregivers. They have provided excellent service with empathy, flexibility and enthusiasm. If you are looking for a smaller provider for support workers, especially one that helps child participants to grow their independence, NND may be just what you need. :)

Saral and her team at Nurses Next Door are absolutely amazing. I have had other service providers before but nothing of this standard. Saral's and her team are such caring and empathetic people. I always feel very safe yet in control. The attention to my safety and best interest is obviously their priority. They are assisting me keep a positive routine on my NDIS path. Saral even calls me when I have no services or weekends just to check on my welfare. Saral is a perfect representative for Nurses Next Door and I could not praise her higher.

Kristal and team are amazing! Their care, compassion & professionalism are second to none. We engaged their services following medical advice of additional care required for my Mum late last year and they could not have provided better support, care and guidance. Only regret is we wish we knew them earlier!

My family cannot rate the care and attention supplied by Michael and his team highly enough. We were in urgent need of in-home social, domestic & medical services for our 93 yr old mother. Nurse Next Door were able to respond almost immediately to our enquiry and provide exactly the right people for the job - showing great sensitivity for the challenges of dealing with a somewhat reluctant elderly client and soon building trust with her. Michael's flexibility and willing adaptability to meet our mother's frequently changing circumstances (due to her fluctuating health) were remarkable and the dedication of his staff to my mother's health and well being was truly remarkable. We could not recommend the services and client management shown by this team more highly - in every respect Nurse Next Door is an outstanding service provider.
