We were delighted with the service Michael arranged, and Momoko carried out, caring for my elderly uncle on a holiday trip by plane away from his nursing home. Momoko was wonderful, and my uncle thinks he has a new girlfirend! She carried out all the "hard" caring roles that I and my family are unable and unqualified to do, as well as becoming a good friend to him, and being able to get through his chronic deafness. He doesn't like showers, but Momo was able to gently persuade him to have one and enjoy it. She also dealt well with a difficult situation when the booked wheelchair taxi did not arrive at the airport to collect them when it shoud. Would highly recommend this service.

Nurse Next Door is currently caring for a family member who experiences Parkinson's Disease. As an organization they are professional and reliable. I have found communication easy, with a willingness to create a team process that works for the best possible outcomes. Example: I suggested that a weekly remedial massage be part of my brother's care plan. Nurse Next Door team organized this process which is now streamlined, part of his routine. I feel he is in good safe hands. If I have any concerns I feel as a family member I'm listened to, part of the team. As a family member living overseas, I'm so pleased to have found a group that care for my brother like they would care for a member of their own family ! I had been amazed of how my life turned around, simply by the caring routine from all the assigned support workers the last 9 months. I am happy and proud to say my life is still transforming for the better and better!!! Having to go through the pitts and was at rock bottom, suffering from various mental and physical disabilities for years ( firstly undiagnosed) I found life hell to simply put. Rev, Glenn and the team at Nurse Next Door have literally SAVED us! They have been the very best to work with - providing excellent staff for my severely disabled and chronically unwell brother. Even more importantly, they are not just nice when things are going well, but take action and make changes when things are not working out.
