If you need personal care, manual handling or any kind of more hands on or complex physical support, I couldn't recommend this team enough. From reading and keeping up to date with support plans, to training all of their staff to an in-depth level, Nurse Next Door stands out every time.

Cannot recommend Keir and her team enough for their professionalism, communication, kindness and genuine care under difficult circumstances. The carer our mum has been matched with brings so much calm, respect, reassurance and organisation to the household. We are incredibly grateful to have them on board as part of Team Tania.

I have found the service provided by Nurse Next Door to be exceptional. Kudos to Julie who has managed to adapt her workers' schedules for me sometimes with very little notice.

Our family has used NND Newcastle for the last 3 years - whilst Mum was at home for in-home care and then into her transition to nursing home care. The care has been fantastic, it has enabled Mum in so many ways to continue to enjoy life whilst her abilities decline. Staff are warm, professional, adept at managing new situations and communicate back any concerns promptly. They have been our salvation knowing Mum has extra attention in facility care. Highly recommend.

We engaged the services of Nurse Next Door Gold Coast in January this year to assist my elderly mother with her recovery from major surgery. The level of service and care that my elderly mother received from Lauren, Julie and her wonderful team of nurses, was second to none. They were genuinely caring, compassionate and kind and whenever they had any down time, they would busy themselves cleaning Mum's cupboards, vacuuming, mopping....you name it, they did it. It was wonderful for me to be able to go to work, knowing that Mum was in such good hands in her own home. I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service Nurse Next Door gave us, especially at such a worrying and emotional time when Mum's health took such an unexpected turn for the worst. If we ever need assistance again for Mum, Nurse Next Door will undoubtedly be our preferred option. Thank you again to Lauren, Julie and the girls.

I am a client of Nurse next Door; my name is David Barnwell I have used their service for 8 months now. I have been made welcome, appreciated, and adopted by each family member of Nurse Next Door who communicate and care for me. I love how extensive my individual care concerns are acted upon whether caring for me paid time or when careers are in their own time. As a diabetic I rely on medication and pen for injections each week. I in conversation communicated that supplier were not able to keep up with Diabetic suffers demands, next moment Belinda was phoning many chemists to see if they had supplies? Eventually a chemist one hour round trip from my location had one in stock. After leaving details Belinda prepared to drive to the chemist and pick up my diabetic pen, Belinda suggested I stay home relax she would return that shift before leaving for her home. Experiences are too many to share of encounters other careers and nurses and staff I have had with. Nurse Next Door are family, are you seeking such like people who care what more can be done to improve quality of life for everyone.

I had some respite so my wife had Nurse Next Door come in for two hours each morning and night to prepare meals and give care. They were excellent. It was great to have that time off knowing that Rosie was being cared for. They were excellent with her.
