We engaged the services of Nurse Next Door Gold Coast in January this year to assist my elderly mother with her recovery from major surgery. The level of service and care that my elderly mother received from Lauren, Julie and her wonderful team of nurses, was second to none. They were genuinely caring, compassionate and kind and whenever they had any down time, they would busy themselves cleaning Mum's cupboards, vacuuming, mopping....you name it, they did it. It was wonderful for me to be able to go to work, knowing that Mum was in such good hands in her own home. I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service Nurse Next Door gave us, especially at such a worrying and emotional time when Mum's health took such an unexpected turn for the worst. If we ever need assistance again for Mum, Nurse Next Door will undoubtedly be our preferred option. Thank you again to Lauren, Julie and the girls.

I get a nursing service from Nurse next Door Blacktown for my catheter change , the nurses are very professional , they do provide education for my carers as well during their visit. Saral and her team are supportive, respond. in time very happy with the service.

We came upon Nurse Next Door quite by accident .We needed a nurse for a few weeks whilst our girl was on leave & we were getting desperate to find someone .I saw their car with advertising & rang .Zieta was very professional , and quick to respond & we had a nurse very quickly . Our nurse was very professional , all treatment was correct & no problems at all . She was on time each time & keen to help us .Cant thank them enough . This is a great service for our community . The level of professionalism, commitment and unwavering support is second too none. NND have changed our lives and for the better, something I never thought a service provider could do. You’d be hard pressed to find any other organisation that actually cares about their clients and their families. If you’re not using these guys, you’re absolutely missing out on support that is built on the foundation of knowledge, respect, compassion and understanding.

Dealing with Kristy has been efficient, timely and every question I have had has been answered without a hiccup. Care of our Mother is one of the most important and stressful things we have had to do as her children but we feel supported by Nurse next door to treat and care for her as we would, actually they are probably better at it than us. Mum has had Lily, Meg and Eva, coming in to care for her of the morning and she is noticeably happier and more comfortable for the day. I would highly recommend Nurse next door it has made a huge difference for Mum and for us.

We have only just begun our aged care journey. Just before I stumbled across Nurse Next Door it felt as though I’d been shopping for a used car with care factor 0, no understanding of situation, just number crunching with little human element and endless call backs chasing me for the business with no care felt whatsoever. Kylie was my first contact and she was highly professional, empathetic/understanding and totally accommodating to our situation. She revealed a little of the back story behind the business and what twins, Michelle & Nicole, are doing to provide a service to our local community like they do is noticed and appreciated! Kristal and team are amazing! Their care, compassion & professionalism are second to none. We engaged their services following medical advice of additional care required for my Mum late last year and they could not have provided better support, care and guidance. Only regret is we wish we knew them earlier!

I was so relieved to find out about Nurses Next Door. It was the help I needed for my parents and having met Krystal and Oscar gave me peace of mind. Nurses next door can cover from nursing capabilities to disability and aged care. I came with specific requirements and they gave exactly what my parents needed - social care, company, and a lot of help from their doctor's appointments.
