They have done an amazing job over the last two months, arriving at the booked appointment time and calling to ask permission to change the time well in advance if they want to change it. Their staff are friendly, respectful and the same nurse turned up each time unless she was on leave. My wife was extremely unwell & we needed daily nursing & personal care for her, so we contacted Nurse Next Door. They have been exceptional. Sarah and her caregivers were amazing. Sarah was very happy to answer all my questions and made the whole process of getting help at home so easy. My caregiver Gordon, is always on time and has that big smile on his face. The pink uniform looks great and he always goes that little bit extra.

Cannot recommend Toral and her staff highly enough. Anja, Sandyha and Karma were absolutely amazing in assisting me care for my husband. Jim had Alzheimers and a terminal illness and all of the staff were caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive at a very stressful time. Toral went above and beyond sorting out the issues I was facing with my care provider. Thank you ladies for your support of Jim and myself during such a difficult time.

We have recently engaged Nurse Next Door, I really liked the approach Lauren had when meeting my Mum. The focus was on finding out what she has stopped doing and would like to start again, rather than being all about the medical side of things. Both Tim and Lauren spent a lot of time talking to me about Nurse Next Door before we made a time to meet. I really appreciated the information they provided and the obvious care they both had with helping my Mum and also me.

I have found Nurse Next Door (NND) very professional yet friendly to deal with. The support staff whom assist me in my daily tasks are wonderful and I have built some amazing relationships with them. Many of the support staff go above and beyond there tasks making each outing memorable and enjoyable. I am privileged to call many within NND close friends rather than staff or support as they are truly invested in their roles to look after, care and encourage clients. I would insist that anyone looking or needing support go with NND as I have never regretted my decision to do so over a year ago. I am not just a client, a number, or another file. As l have always been the helper, it is hard for me to ask for help when the tables have turned ! But the Nurse Next Door team have been wonderful (l haven't met a bad one yet). They are ways pleasant and only too happy to help with anything. Absolutely beautiful people right throughout the team, from office staff right to all the nurses. Cheers guys, you are doing a top job!
