Sinse engaging Nurse Next Door - Brendan Arboit and his Team as the service provider to deliver NDIS supports to my 3 brothers , the experience of finally recieving a service that is highly committed to the people it serves is truely a blessing. NnD support staff are well equipped to ensure the supports provided meet the needs of the consumer towards empowering their choice and control , self reliance and independence while maintaining their individual Social, Health and Wellbeing. The support staff are well informed, client focused, very compassionate and dedicated people specifically selected to accommodate the consumer preferences. Brendan, Erica, and the entire team consistently deliver a high standard of care, with genuine attention to every aspect of our daughter’s needs. The carers are professional, compassionate, and respectful, and they integrate seamlessly into our family home in a way that makes everyone feel supported and at ease. Communication has been outstanding. Brendan and Erica are efficient, approachable, and always just a message away if we have questions or need guidance. The staffing team is equally impressive — prompt, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. Even when changes are required at short notice, they always ensure care is covered, which has been invaluable for our family. We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support, reliability, and kindness shown to our daughter and to us as a family. The level of service and care provided has made a meaningful difference in our lives, and we cannot thank the team enough.

I had great difficulties trying to organize nursing care for my brother who came to stay with me in Canberra for 4 months. Rang numerous providers but they had no nursing capacity to help us out. Rang Nurse Next Door and they were absolutely brilliant from the start. I spoke with a representative and they organized for someone to come out and assess our needs. The nurses who attended my brothers services were absolutely brilliant, very caring and showed a lot of empathy. It was wonderful seeing my brother interact so well with others. They all cared about their work, you could see they loved what they were doing. We were kept up to date with weekly rosters, so we knew exactly who was attending. I would highly recommend their services.

My family cannot rate the care and attention supplied by Michael and his team highly enough. We were in urgent need of in-home social, domestic & medical services for our 93 yr old mother. Nurse Next Door were able to respond almost immediately to our enquiry and provide exactly the right people for the job - showing great sensitivity for the challenges of dealing with a somewhat reluctant elderly client and soon building trust with her. Michael's flexibility and willing adaptability to meet our mother's frequently changing circumstances (due to her fluctuating health) were remarkable and the dedication of his staff to my mother's health and well being was truly remarkable. We could not recommend the services and client management shown by this team more highly - in every respect Nurse Next Door is an outstanding service provider.

Thanks for taking such good care of Dad over the past few weeks. We really appreciate knowing he was cared for so well while we couldn't get there.

We engaged the services of Nurse Next Door Gold Coast in January this year to assist my elderly mother with her recovery from major surgery. The level of service and care that my elderly mother received from Lauren, Julie and her wonderful team of nurses, was second to none. They were genuinely caring, compassionate and kind and whenever they had any down time, they would busy themselves cleaning Mum's cupboards, vacuuming, mopping....you name it, they did it. It was wonderful for me to be able to go to work, knowing that Mum was in such good hands in her own home. I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service Nurse Next Door gave us, especially at such a worrying and emotional time when Mum's health took such an unexpected turn for the worst. If we ever need assistance again for Mum, Nurse Next Door will undoubtedly be our preferred option. Thank you again to Lauren, Julie and the girls.

All i can say that you are the best organization i met, very reliable and very helpful. I appreciate all the assistance that you been giving to us even it is out of your duties and responsibilites.
