We have recently engaged Nurse Next Door, I really liked the approach Lauren had when meeting my Mum. The focus was on finding out what she has stopped doing and would like to start again, rather than being all about the medical side of things. Both Tim and Lauren spent a lot of time talking to me about Nurse Next Door before we made a time to meet. I really appreciated the information they provided and the obvious care they both had with helping my Mum and also me.

We are so grateful for this wonderful service. My Dad recently broke his leg and was unable to weight bare. Nurse Next Door Macarthur helped us out with very short notice. They came every morning for a month and helped my Dad shower, gave medication and sorted out everything around his home for the day. The staff were all wonderful, however, a special mention to Daphne who went out of her way to check in and visit regularly to ensure everything was going well and to my Dads most frequent Carer, Jasmine. At 79 years old and a quiet man, Jasmine made my Dad feel very comfortable and secure. This wonderful service allowed me to keep working during my Dads convalescence but more importantly helped my Dad feel happy each day so he could get on with his recovery. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. I would thoroughly recommend Nurse Next Door Macarthur.

I found Nurse Next Door when I was fed up with my existing home nursing service. They have done an amazing job over the last two months, arriving at the booked appointment time and calling to ask permission to change the time well in advance if they want to change it. Their staff are friendly, respectful and the same nurse turned up each time unless she was on leave. The Nurse Manager couldn't do enough to support me; I can't thank them enough for their caring support.
