I scheduling is flexible, which makes it incredibly easy to balance being an undergraduate nursing student. The team is wonderful and creates a highly supportive environment, I really enjoy how much practical knowledge and hands-on experience you can gain throughout every shift but also the interactions with your own clients is what sums it up its amazing.

I am a client of Nurse next Door; my name is David Barnwell I have used their service for 8 months now. I have been made welcome, appreciated, and adopted by each family member of Nurse Next Door who communicate and care for me. I love how extensive my individual care concerns are acted upon whether caring for me paid time or when careers are in their own time. As a diabetic I rely on medication and pen for injections each week. I in conversation communicated that supplier were not able to keep up with Diabetic suffers demands, next moment Belinda was phoning many chemists to see if they had supplies? Eventually a chemist one hour round trip from my location had one in stock. After leaving details Belinda prepared to drive to the chemist and pick up my diabetic pen, Belinda suggested I stay home relax she would return that shift before leaving for her home. Experiences are too many to share of encounters other careers and nurses and staff I have had with. Nurse Next Door are family, are you seeking such like people who care what more can be done to improve quality of life for everyone.

Thank you to all the team for caring for my brother through late stage MND. Your staff were exceptional through an extremely difficult time for my brother and our family. When my husband Richard had a recent nasty fall and returned home the day of surgery I quickly realised he needed more help at home.I contacted Kristy, the Managing Director of Nurse Next Door (Geelong) for a free consultation. I felt straight away that I’d made the right choice. Kristy promptly put a plan into action. We had 3 support staff 3 times a week for 4 weeks. They supervised/assisted Richard with showering, shaving, dressing and waterproofing of his wound sites, prepared his breakfast, made the bed, tidied up and emptied the bins. Sunny even vacuumed the bedroom. Sunny, Jodie and Michelle were all respectful, friendly, capable and responsible. They always arrived on time and looked very smart in their pink outfits. The support given was invaluable to me. Well done Kristy and the team. I highly recommend Kristy and her team at Nurse Next Door.

Nurse Next Door went above and beyond what is generally provided by home care agencies. The care staff are of high quality and receive very good supervision from management making NND a great choice for people with complex support needs.

Not sure who recommended Nurse Next Door could have been MCCS who was our package provider at the time. We’ve since changed to Trilogy and I self manage Peters Package. I now have respite for 22 hours per month and we have a wonderful male person who looks after my husband while I sew in 2 groups and the last respite on the third Friday of every month I shop or meet someone for a coffee! This service and the male carer have been amazing so caring with Peter nothing is a bother and it means I can relax and unwind away from my job as a carer.The company have been wonderful organising hours days etc . Trilogy have been excellent as well and I’m not doing anymore than I was doing with the previous provider which was costing me 25% more in Admin costs!! A big Thankyou to everyone concerned .🙏🤗👏🦋💐
